Junkyards are a treasure trove of inspiration. I think your surfaces reflect the wonderful textures you can find there. I'm glad to see you are still producing with your work schedule. Do you find it easier to work in a series like this?
Margaret: In a way, I guess I do find it easier, but I still can't seem to concentrate on more than one painting at a time. These all had the same basic starts, but then I spent a lot of time of each of them individually, too. I love your latest floral. . .it strikes me how there can be so many examples of "beautiful," from my junkyard stuff to your garden. Amazing.
