  1. I know...I've been there! I don't know why, but it happens...too much input, don't know where to begin. The best thing to do in a case like this...JUST DO IT!

  2. You have been in transition and under stress for a long while now. They both take a lot of emotional and physical energy.
    As you settle in, rest, get your feet on the ground, get used to your new normal, I suspect the urge to paint will push at you. Because at your very core your are an artist.

    I haven't responded in awhile as I'm just as lazy about art blogging these days as I am about painting. I've given up asking why I'm not painting. I figure the inspiration is building and I will paint when the time comes. I love the texture in these shots.
